  • Do you offer pickup?

Pickup option is no longer available. However, there is scheduled meet available for a fee. If order isn’t accounted for within 4 weeks, it is considered canceled. ‘See more info’

  • Are items usually restocked?

Items are rarely restocked due to limited quantities for an exclusive feel. Aremas Collection advise to purchase when item is available. Procrastinating may lead to your favorite item being sold out before you can add it to your cart.

  • What is your model size?

  • How long would it take my order to ship?

Order processing are 3-5 business days, unless it is a pre ordered item. (please see processing time in description) In most cases same day shipping or next day shipping. That’s why it's important to make sure your order is accurate.

  • How to check my order status?

Create an account to keep track of order status/order history. Orders made prior to activation of account may not be displayed. However, if you do not have an account with us, you will get tracking updates via email or phone.

  • May I cancel or modify my order once it is placed?

Due to efforts to ensure you received your order in a timely frame we are unable to change or cancel unless contacted within an hour or less. In most cases as an order is received it is packaged.

  • May I change my delivery address?

Please contact within an hour or less as we are not liable for item going to incorrect destination.

  • Do you have a storefront?

We are online based. We operate from our warehouse in St. Thomas, VI since April 17, 2016. Solely online based.

  • How do I join your rewards program?
